Scholarship Fund
Fund History
CCHEST has established a CCHEST Scholarship Fund within the American Society of Safety Engineers Foundation (ASSEF). The goal is to provide another way to encourage entry into and advancement in the safety profession. Any scholarships awarded from this fund will carry the CCHEST name and may be coupled with individual names. CCHEST contributed financially to get the overall scholarship program created and underway.
The fund will be managed by ASSEF. ASSEF will also select scholarship recipients and award the scholarships. CCHEST will oversee certain aspects of the program and name CCHEST-affiliated scholarship awards.
